FIT Perfect is a health and wellness company started by LaSun in 2018. Her focus is on ‘wellness solutions for the individual’. The name FIT Perfect was birthed from the idea of her helping clients find a wellness plan that fits them perfectly. Understanding that wellness plans ought to be driven by our differences. People’s age, culture, personality, and financial status are just a few things to consider when designing one's wellness plan.

There is nothing more important in sustaining a healthy, meaningful life than our breath. Breath is the first thing God gave to man after he created him. Becoming more consciously aware of our breath is often the only thing needed to put us back on the path to wellness. Learning proper breathing technique can help cure and/or reducing many forms of sickness and disease.
